Our team delivered the bold, immersive Sporting KC holiday production at their annual Corporate Partners Holiday Party. This high-energy celebration transformed multiple levels of The Maverick into a vibrant winter experience. With interactive activities, custom builds, and thoughtful layout design, the event offered something memorable for every guest.
Greeting guests at the entrance was a life-sized, custom-built disco snowman. Covered in mirrored tiles, it immediately caught everyone’s attention. This feature quickly became a favorite photo-op and set the tone for the night.
We kicked things off with an LED dance floor built directly beneath a custom mirror DJ booth. The reflective finish of the booth bounced light across the room, adding motion and sparkle to the night. DJ Hydan kept the energy high setting the tone for the entire party.
Throughout the main event space, we brought in sleek lounge furniture and layered ambient lighting. These elements created comfortable zones where guests could relax, connect, and recharge between dancing and games. Every corner felt intentional and elegant.
Downstairs, the party continued with a wide variety of interactive stations. Guests enjoyed karaoke, oversized games like giant Jenga, and a competitive 16-foot foosball table. A pop-a-shot basketball game added to the playful energy of the lower level, keeping the crowd engaged all evening.
Sporting KC holiday production goes far beyond decoration. It’s about creating joyful moments, immersive spaces, and experiences guests talk about long after the night ends. Every detail whether big or small was crafted to reflect the energy of the brand and the spirit of the season.
