The event featured custom installations, bold lighting effects, and sleek furniture arrangements that elevated the guest experience from the moment they arrived.

Walking through diamond-shaped LED lit archways set the stage for the night. The checkered LED dance floor mixed matte and mirrored finishes, bringing a dynamic visual element to every step. With uplighting, lasers, and fog, the space carried both energy and elegance. A custom gobo added branded detail, while our lighting effects combined with LED cocktail tables kept the design glowing throughout.

The lounge area on the Sporting KC field featured our curved white circle couches, paired with love seats, ottomans, and glow swings. This setup created a stylish environment for networking and conversation. Guests also enjoyed the 360 booth, which provided interactive fun and lasting memories.
