Our team led the Royals championship event production at Union Station for the American League Championship Celebration. This was a milestone event that honored the legendary 2014 Kansas City Royals and their unforgettable run to the World Series. This wasn’t just any gathering, it was a tribute to one of Kansas City’s most iconic sports eras, and it needed to reflect that level of pride and excitement.
To capture the energy of the night, we helped transform the Grand Plaza at Union Station into a stunning, immersive experience. The space needed to feel iconic, so we designed & installed our LED circle bar as a focal point. Guests naturally gravitates towards it, mingling and raising their glasses in celebration.
Behind the main stage, we created a custom SEG screen backdrop. These sleek, branded panels acted as the visual heartbeat of the show. Whether during speeches, award moments, or press photos, the backdrop provided a polished, cohesive look that reflected the Royals’ branding and history.
One of the most popular features was our custom-built bat display. Each bat represented a player from the 2014 roster, creating a powerful, visual tribute to the team’s legacy. The display blended craftsmanship with emotion and quickly became a favorite photo op and storytelling piece throughout the night.
