Held at Children’s Mercy Park, the space was transformed with dramatic lighting, immersive visuals, and sleek modern styling. Event production for Sporting Kansas City is all about bold moves and unforgettable atmosphere - and we delivered.
From a glowing LED circle bar in the center of the field to a seamless custom entrance, every detail was designed for maximum impact. We aimed to match the energy and elegance of the night with every production element.
Icon provided Audio + Video + Lighting support for the Pitch Black Banquet. We installed stunning LED walls that displayed custom content throughout the evening, handled all event lighting to enhance the ambiance and focal moments, and supplied expert technicians to ensure flawless execution across the board.
